3. Booking and Appointments

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized partners. Appointments are subject to availability. We primarily operate on weekends, and appointment slots are limited. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or equipment failure.

4. Payment

Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment platforms. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. However, we will honor the price quoted at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booked service cost. In case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booked service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide a safe and accessible area for our technicians to perform the detailing services. Personal belongings and valuables should be removed from the vehicle prior to the appointment. Deluxe Auto Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Deluxe Auto Spa is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. We will not be held responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after the detailing service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will do our best to address your concerns. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Deluxe Auto Spa.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
